All In One Prenatal Classes

Registration is required for all Workshops. Please either email us or call the clinic to book your spot. Because we limit participants, some sessions fill up very quickly.

The fee for the All-in-One Labour, Birth, Breastfeeding, and Infant Care series is $130.00, and includes attendance for the mother and a partner or support person, as well as an extensive information manual.

Series of 6 classes of 2.5 hours each. 15 hours in-class.

This series of Prenatal classes is unique in that it is family centered and focuses on the empowerment of the family in their choices during their pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It is our belief that the purpose of prenatal education should not only be to give expectant parents factual information on pregnancy, childbirth and the newborn. It should also prepare families emotionally, physically and intellectually for the birth process. During this program the process of birth and the many issues that face childbearing families today will be addressed. Women and their partners will gain the confidence to create a positive birth experience.
